Job summary

The role requires doctoral and advanced practice credentials, clinical nursing experience, and teaching experience, with active engagement in scholarly activities and accreditation tasks.

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in nursing or related field.
• Master’s degree in nursing with a certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) and/or AGPCNP and/or PMHNP.
• Must possess an unencumbered RN license and an advanced practice nursing license.
• Clinical nursing experience in a specific population.
• Two years of teaching in a college or university setting, and an indication of scholarly work.

Responsibilities

• Maintain course integrity.
• Review courses and revise content as assigned.
• Respond to students within two business days.
• Grade assignments and weekly posts on time.
• Participate in accreditation activities as needed.
• Assist with monitoring student practicum experiences.
• Be an active member of the team and attend meetings.
