• Supervise, coordinate and monitor work activities.
• Develop SOPs and staff training.
• Assist in annual operating budgets.
• Round on dialysis patients in outpatient/hospital settings.
• Adjust dialysis prescriptions per KDOQI guidelines.
• Educate patients and families on kidney disease and treatment options.
• Ensure compliance with federal regulations governing clinical research (GCP, IRB).
• Prepare IRB submissions, protocol revisions, and renewals as needed.
• Assist staff in screening, recruitment, participant care and data entry for trials.
