Base pay range

TW Services is a third-party Warehouse Service Provider for Sysco. We are currently seeking staff to join our team at the Food Distribution Center. We are not a temp agency. Employment would be full-time and permanent.

We have a fast onboarding process that can get you to work after your interview.

Position

Dock Unloader/Lumper

Hours/Schedule

Monday to Friday, 5:30 AM - Finish (around 1:30 PM). Further shift details can be addressed at the interview.

Compensation/Benefits

• Weekly pay cycle — paid every Friday
• Base pay plus production bonus, $600 to $1000 weekly
• Time Off Accrual (PTO)

Daily Responsibilities

• Perform pre-shift checks of equipment
• Unload pallets
• Load, unload, move, stock, and stage products and materials
• Breakdown and restack product from pallets
• Verify product and quantities
• Wrap pallets
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year prior warehouse experience
• Electric Pallet Jack experience (preferred)
• Pass drug screen and background check
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Steel toe shoes required upon hire
