Position Details

We are a dynamic organization focused on providing specialized warehouse labor as a third-party supplier, operating in 29 states with over 1500 associates. Our clients include top-tier food service organizations, Fortune 500 retail grocery chains, and supply chain companies. The role requires 2 to 3 years of direct leadership experience and excellent communication skills, especially in interacting with clients and external customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train warehouse crew by example
• Manage production and oversee profit and loss statements to meet budget goals
• Recruit and train new hires
• Ensure safety and OSHA compliance during equipment operation
• Maintain good relationships with customers and communicate regularly with district managers
• Assist unloading operations and ensure efficiency and accuracy
• Perform repetitive lifting of boxes weighing 5 to 75 lbs
• Handle payment collection from drivers and data entry via tablet

Requirements

• At least 2 years of warehouse experience
• Experience with electric pallet jacks and forklifts (required)
• Strong team-building and time management skills
• Ability to remember multiple customer details and manage personnel
