Job summary

Alabama Professional Services is seeking a seasoned pest/termite professional to lead the Termite Department, guiding inspectors and technicians, setting performance goals, and ensuring top-tier customer service. Qualifications

• Proven experience in pest or termite industry; field experience is essential.
• Prior leadership or management experience preferred.
• Valid Alabama WDO license (or ability to obtain one).
• Hands-on leader who works with the team in the field.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Customer-first mindset with professional issue resolution.
• Valid Alabama driver's license with clean driving record.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of termite inspectors and technicians.
• Oversee day-to-day operations of the Termite Department, including scheduling, quality control, and customer escalations.
• Set and track team performance goals, maintain high service standards.
• Conduct field inspections and quality checks with your team.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships, including complex accounts.
• Collaborate with senior leadership and other departments to grow the business.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, and team morale.

What You Will Earn

$70,000 annual salary

What You Will Do

What We Are Looking For

• Proven experience in the pest control or termite industry — field experience is essential

• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Customer-first mindset with the ability to resolve issues with professionalism and care
• Valid Alabama driver's license and clean driving record
