Beach House Center for Recovery in Palm Beach County is seeking a FT Maintenance Technician to support our facility with reliable upkeep of building systems, equipment, and grounds. Responsibilities include HVAC, plumbing, electrical, painting repairs, general equipment repairs, landscaping and janitorial tasks.

Requires professional demeanor and at least one year of maintenance experience, preferably in health care.

Beach House Center for Recovery is a well-established treatment facility in Palm Beach County that offers a full continuum of care to adults struggling with addiction and co-occurring mental health disorders. Our goal is to give patients the freedom they have been waiting for by placing an emphasis on the healing power of love and connection. We are currently looking for a FT Maintenance Technician, to add to our team.

Responsibilities Include:

• General building, HVAC. plumbing, electrical and painting repairs
• General equipment repairs
• General landscaping and janitorial tasks

Schedule:

• ~8 hour shifts-Monday thru Friday

The position requires walking and standing both indoors and outdoors
