Beach House Center for Recovery in Palm Beach County is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician to join our team. The role supports a safe, comfortable environment for patients and staff.

Responsibilities include general building maintenance and repairs (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, painting), equipment servicing, landscaping and janitorial tasks. A professional demeanor and a post-offer background check plus drug screen are required.

Qualifications

• General building and systems repairs including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and painting.
• One year of maintenance technician experience, preferably in a healthcare setting.
• Professional demeanor when interacting with clients and staff.
• Background check and pre-employment drug screen required.

Beach House Center for Recovery is a well-established treatment facility in Palm Beach County that offers a full continuum of care to adults struggling with addiction and co-occurring mental health disorders. Our goal is to give patients the freedom they have been waiting for by placing an emphasis on the healing power of love and connection.

We are currently looking for a FT Maintenance Technician, to add to our team.

Responsibilities Include:

• General building, HVAC. plumbing, electrical and painting repairs
• General equipment repairs
• General landscaping and janitorial tasks

Qualifications Include:

• Professional demeanor required to interact with clients and staff.
• One year of maintenance technician experience, preferrably in a health care setting.

Schedule:

• 8 hour shifts-Monday thru Friday

The position requires walking and standing both indoors and outdoors
