TLC Creative Solutions Inc. is hiring Spanish-speaking ACA Health Insurance Agents for remote work during the ACA Open Enrollment Season. You will handle inbound calls from Spanish-speaking consumers, guide them through enrollment, and deliver support with a focus on accuracy and compliance.

This role offers 100% remote work, weekly pay, and an unlimited leads environment. A 2026 FFM certification and bilingual fluency are required to start earning with guaranteed inbound opportunities.

Qualifications

• Active Health Insurance License.
• Active 2026 Federally Facilitated Marketplace (FFM) certification – required.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• ACA/Marketplace enrollment experience preferred.
• Strong communication, customer service, and sales skills.
• Ability to handle a high volume of inbound calls.
• Reliable internet connection and a professional work-from-home environment.
• Commitment to following ACA, CMS, and carrier compliance requirements.
