Adecco US, Inc. seeks a Production Associate to support food manufacturing operations. You will help maintain a clean, safe facility and ensure GMP compliance while assisting with equipment setup and daily production tasks.

Your responsibilities include following cleaning schedules, handling chemicals safely, and accurately documenting materials in the ERP system. The role requires teamwork, strong communication, and physical capability to perform required tasks.

Production Associate

Pay Rates:

• Day Shift: $19.86/hour

• Night Shift: $21.86/hour

Work Schedule:

• 2-2-3 Rotating Schedule

• Days: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM

• Nights: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM

Job Responsibilities

Production Associates are responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and sanitary production environment while ensuring equipment and facility areas meet food safety and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) standards.

Responsibilities include:

Clean and sanitize assigned areas, paying close attention to cleanliness, detail, and food safety requirements.

Understand and safely handle cleaning chemicals used throughout the facility.

Follow established cleaning schedules and procedures using power washers, hoses, hand tools, power tools, and other equipment.

Disassemble and reassemble production equipment using appropriate hand and power tools.

Prepare equipment and supplies for the following day's production.

Track and scan issued materials into the company's ERP system.

Follow all environmental, health, safety, and food safety regulations, procedures, and GMP standards.

Maintain a safe work environment by following established safety guidelines.

Promptly report unsafe conditions, unsafe behaviors, and workplace injuries to the appropriate personnel.

Qualifications & Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.

• Ability to read and understand basic instructions, correspondence, and workplace communications.

• Ability to complete basic written documentation and reports.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to recognize opportunities for improvement.

• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a deadline-driven environment.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Good organizational skills with attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Physical Requirements

Candidates must be able to perform the following physical activities on a daily basis:

• Walk and stand for extended periods.

• Crouch, twist, bend, climb, and reach as needed.

• Lift and carry materials weighing approximately 25–50 pounds.

• Safely operate cleaning equipment and utilize hand and power tools.

Working Conditions

• Work is performed 100% within the manufacturing facility.

• Employees may work in controlled-temperature environments, including refrigerated areas.

• Noise levels may vary throughout the facility, and appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) may be required.

• Employees must follow all facility safety requirements and wear designated PPE as needed.

Pay Details:

$19.86 to $21.86 per hour
