Job Description:

We are seeking a Store Cleaner to maintain a clean and organized store environment with a focus on floor care. Responsibilities include operating equipment such as scrubbers and buffers, dust mopping, damp mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, and spot cleaning glass and windows. The role requires adherence to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards, and flexibility to support various store areas as needed.

• Model excellent customer service practices with internal and external customers
• Support a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect
• Maintain all floor care cleanliness standards and operate cleaning equipment safely
• Ensure cleanliness and organization across all store areas, including sales floor, backroom, associate lounge, and restrooms
• Follow all health and safety policies, including restocking essential items in common areas
• Cross-train in other store areas to support team needs
• Assist with front end coverage and store recovery efforts
• Uphold merchandising and signage standards
• Participate in store recovery and maintenance activities throughout the day
• Follow operational and loss prevention controls to reduce shrinkage
• Communicate effectively with management and team members
• Comply with labor laws and company policies regarding breaks and meal periods
• Promote safety awareness to maintain a secure environment
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Retail customer experience is preferred
