Job Description:

The Store Cleaner is responsible for maintaining a clean and organized store environment, focusing on floor care. Responsibilities include operating scrubbers and buffers, dust mopping, damp mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, and spot cleaning glass and windows. The role involves adhering to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards and being cross-trained to support multiple store areas to meet business needs.

• Model excellent customer service practices for both internal and external customers
• Support and promote a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect
• Maintain high standards of floor care cleanliness, including operation of cleaning equipment
• Ensure organizational cleanliness and recovery standards across all store areas, such as the Sales Floor, Single Queue, Associate Lounge, Backroom, and Restrooms
• Follow all health and safety policies, including refilling essential items in the Lounge, Restrooms, and Front End
• Be cross-trained in other store areas like Backroom and Front End
• Assist with Front End coverage as needed
• Uphold merchandising and signage standards
• Participate in store recovery efforts throughout the day
• Follow operational and loss prevention controls to reduce shrink
• Communicate effectively with management and team members
• Comply with labor laws and policies, including meal and break periods
• Support safety initiatives to maintain a safe environment
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Retail customer experience is preferred
