SYNERGY HomeCare in Duxbury, MA is urgently hiring CNAs, HHAs, and PCAs for in-home care. Part-time, short-hour shifts and flexible scheduling provide weekday, weekend, and first/second-shift opportunities with immediate openings in Duxbury.

Applicants should be caring, responsible, and dedicated to delivering quality home care, with the ability to work independently in clients' homes and report changes to the care team.

Qualifications

• Active CNA, HHA, or PCA certification is required or preferred.
• Previous caregiving or home care experience is preferred.
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable with good communication.

Responsabilités

• Assist clients with personal care and activities of daily living.
• Help with mobility, transfers, and safe positioning.
• Prepare meals and provide feeding assistance when needed.
• Offer companionship and emotional support.
• Perform light housekeeping to maintain a clean and safe environment.
• Follow individualized care plans and daily routines.
• Report changes in client needs or condition to the care team.
