Job summary

Qualifications

• Licensed Medication Aide (RMA) certification required.
• Experience providing in-home personal care and medication assistance preferred.
• Strong reliability and communication with supervisor and clients.

Responsibilities

• Pass medications for clients as licensed.
• Assist with meals planning and preparation.
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry.
• Assist with client mobility and transfers.
• Provide companionship and monitor changes in condition.
• Document care per agency requirements.
• Report changes to supervisor promptly.

Job Overview

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Medication Aides (RMA) caregivers to join our Amada Team.

Responsibilities

• Licensed Medication Aides to pass medications for clients
• Assist with household tasks necessary to the client's health care needs, including:
• Planning and preparing nutritious meals
• Assisting in feeding client, as appropriate
• Light housekeeping of client's environment, including linens and making bed
• Laundering client's clothing and bedding
• Shopping/running errands
• Other household duties, as may be required
• Report any changes in client's condition to the Supervisor.
• Document care provided consistent with agency requirements.
• Perform other duties as requested within the scope of qualifications
