Job summary

Always There Personnel is seeking a Manufacturing Quality Inspector Level 3 to join our quality team in Arlington, TX. The role emphasizes advanced NDT skills, dimensional and visual inspections, and contributing to a high-quality manufacturing environment.

You will perform MPI, PT, VT, and UT inspections, read engineering drawings, and generate detailed inspection reports. The position requires strong math skills, ASNT Level II (NDT) certification, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of inspection experience in manufacturing/quality control.
• ASNT TCIA Level II certification (NDT) required.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and specs.
• Proficient in math (fractions, decimals, algebra, trig, geometry).
• Basic computer skills (Email, Word, Excel).
• Must have inspection capabilities and read tape measures, calipers, micrometers, and gages.

Responsibilities

• Perform dimensional and visual inspections on raw materials, in-process parts, and finished goods.
• Conduct Magnetic Particle, Liquid Penetrant, Visual, and Ultrasonic inspections.
• Provide testing and inspection support for all production and quality processes.
• Identify quality issues, recommend solutions, and implement corrective actions.
• Assist with investigation and resolution of customer complaints.
• Complete detailed inspection reports and manage electronic documentation.
• Support the team in continuous quality improvement initiatives.

Pay Rate: $19-$21 DOE

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged standing and frequent walking

• Occasional bending, stooping, reaching, pushing, and pulling

• Some repetitive activity

• Light to heavy physical effort as needed

• Ability to lift 10 lbs. frequently, 20+ lbs. occasionally, and 30+ lbs. with assistance
