SYNERGY HomeCare in Mendon, MA is urgently seeking caring CNAs, HHAs, and PCAs to support clients in their homes. We offer competitive pay, weekly pay, and flexible scheduling for full-time or part-time shifts.

Qualifications

• Active CNA, HHA, or PCA certification.
• caregiving experience preferred.
• Comfortable working independently in clients' homes.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilités

• Assist clients with personal care and activities of daily living.
• Help with mobility, transfers, and safe positioning.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Perform light housekeeping to maintain a clean and comfortable home.
• Follow individualized care plans and daily routines.
• Report changes in clients' needs or conditions to the care team.
