SYNERGY HomeCare, Brookline, MA, urgently seeks compassionate CNAs, HHAs and PCAs to help clients stay safe and comfortable at home. Flexible scheduling and reliable weekly pay support work‑life balance while you make a meaningful difference in the community.

We offer 20+ hours per week with both full‑time and part‑time opportunities, first and second shifts, and weekday/weekend availability to fit your needs.

Qualifications

• Active CNA, HHA, or PCA certification.
• Previous caregiving or home care experience preferred.
• Patient, compassionate, and dependable.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable providing care independently in clients’ homes.
• Reliable and committed to scheduled shifts.
• Complete vaccination records preferred.

Responsabilités

• Help clients with personal care and daily living activities.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and safe positioning.
• Prepare meals and provide feeding assistance when necessary.
• Offer companionship and emotional support.
• Complete light housekeeping to keep the home clean and comfortable.
• Follow individualized care plans and established routines.
• Keep the care team informed of changes in clients’ needs or conditions.
