Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare is urgently seeking compassionate CNAs, HHAs, and PCAs to provide in-home care in Mendon, MA. The role offers full-time and part-time opportunities with flexible scheduling and weekly pay, aiming to enhance clients’ comfort, safety, and independence at home.

We look for caregivers who can work 20+ hours per week, handle first and second shifts, and adapt to weekday or weekend schedules while following individualized care plans and maintaining open communication with the care

Qualifications

• Active CNA, HHA, or PCA certification required or preferred.
• Experience in caregiving or home care is advantageous.
• Able to follow care plans and communicate changes to the team.

• Vaccination records preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care and activities of daily living.
• Help with mobility, transfers, and safe positioning.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Perform light housekeeping to maintain a clean home.
• Follow individualized care plans and routines.
• Communicate changes in client needs to the care team.
