Position Summary
The Executive Chef oversees the kitchen and plays a critical leadership role in daily culinary operations. This position is responsible for supervising food production at all kitchen stations, ensuring consistency in food quality and presentation, managing kitchen staff, inventory, and labor management. Catering experience is essential, as the Executive Chef must ensure high-quality food preparation and service for large-scale events at Vetro Restaurant & Lounge. The Executive Chef is expected to lead by example, enforce kitchen standards, and contribute to the development of a professional, motivated culinary team.
