Job summary

LanceSoft is seeking an experienced ICU RN to join a Cardiovascular ICU caring for critically ill cardiac patients. The role includes ventilator management, vasoactive and sedation drips, and intensive cardiac monitoring with an emphasis on patient safety.

Night shift with rotating weekends offers a compensation range of $32–$48 per hour plus a $4.25/hour night differential. Required ADN, Florida license or compact with conversion within 60 days; BLS and ACLS within specified timeframes.

Qualifications

• ICU RN experience required or 2+ years PCU experience.
• Active Florida RN license or Compact license with 60‑day license conversion.
• ADN degree required; BSN preferred.
• BLS within 30 days and ACLS within 90 days.

Responsibilities

Candidate Requirements

Experience

Either:

• 1+ year recent ICU RN experience (within last 2–3 years)
  OR
• 2+ years PCU experience (may be considered)

Licensure

• Active Florida RN License
  OR
• Compact RN License
• • Must convert to Florida license within 60 days

Education

• ADN required
• BSN preferred

Certifications

• BLS within 30 days
• ACLS within 90 days
