Job summary

BrightStar Care of Cedar Rapids is seeking skilled CNAs to provide one-on-one in-home care across the Cedar Rapids metro area. Base pay is $20.00/hour with overtime potential for overnight and weekend shifts. We offer weekly pay, flexible scheduling, and full-time, part-time, and PRN positions.

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification required.
• Experience in home care preferred.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one in-home care to clients.
• Assist with activities of daily living and personal hygiene.
• Monitor vital signs and document findings.
• Assist with safe transfers and mobility.
• Medication reminders and supervision as directed.
• Meal preparation and nutritional monitoring.
• dementia and Alzheimer's care support.
• Report health changes to supervising RN.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.

BrightStar Care of Cedar Rapids is looking for skilled, compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide one-on-one in-home care to seniors and adults with disabilities throughout the Cedar Rapids metro area.

• $20.00/hour base pay

• Medication reminders
• Meal preparation & nutritional monitoring
• Dementia & Alzheimer's care
• Post-hospitalization & recovery support
• Companion care & emotional support
• Reporting health changes to the supervising RN

REQUIREMENTS

• Active CNA certification on the Iowa Direct Care Worker Registry
