Job summary

BrightStar Care Iowa Cedar Rapids, Des Moines is actively hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide essential in-home care. This role offers competitive pay of $20.00/hour, with additional earnings for overnight and weekend shifts, along with flexible scheduling options available for full-time, part-time, and PRN.

The ideal candidate should possess a current CNA certification and should demonstrate strong communication skills and a compassionate approach to caregiving. You'll be delivering personal care, monitoring vital signs, and assisting patients with daily activities, all while working under the supervision of a Registered Nurse in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification in good standing on the Iowa Direct Care Worker Registry.
• 1+ year of CNA experience preferred in various settings.
• Must pass a background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Deliver skilled personal care under the direction of a Registered Nurse.
• Assist with personal hygiene and activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Monitor vital signs and document patient conditions.
