Job summary

Guardian Angel Senior Services is seeking compassionate in-home caregivers to help seniors stay safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes in Bernardston, MA and surrounding communities.

We offer flexible scheduling, day and overnight shifts, a $250 sign-on bonus after 90 days, and free training to qualified applicants. Healthy benefits and a dedicated office team support your meaningful work every day.

Qualifications

• Caregivers must be compassionate, patient, and dependable.
• Ability to communicate in English.
• Reliable transportation required or access to transportation.
• HHA/CNA certification welcomed or training provided.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and personal care.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Prepare meals based on client preferences and dietary needs.
• Assist with light housekeeping and laundry.
• Run essential errands as needed.
• Provide medication reminders and monitor health changes.
• Observe clients and report changes to supervisor.
• Maintain a safe, comfortable home environment.
• Deliver respectful, dependable, and compassionate care.

Pay is based on experience, skills, certifications, and qualifications.

As an in home caregiver, you will help older adults remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes.

Every shift gives you the opportunity to provide companionship, encouragement, dignity, and peace of mind.

Your responsibilities may include:
