Qualifications

This role focuses on managing client interactions, supporting operational processes, and providing data-driven insights to improve service delivery and client satisfaction. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality outcomes in a dynamic healthcare technology environment.

• Support client service delivery by monitoring performance, tracking issues, and ensuring alignment with service level agreements
• Analyze service data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement and enhance client satisfaction
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and communications to provide visibility into service performance and key metrics
• Collaborate with operations, account management, and cross-functional teams to support client needs and service delivery initiatives

The pay range for this position is $44,500.00 - $63,500.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
