Therapy With Purpose LLC is seeking a dependable behavior coach to support clients and families in achieving behavioral goals. You will provide coaching in home and community settings, helping clients build coping, communication, and daily living skills while aligning with each treatment plan.

Responsibilities include collaborating with caregivers and the clinical team, documenting services, and managing a weekly caseload of 12–15 clients.

Qualifications

• Relevant education or experience in behavioral health, behavior coaching, or a related helping field.
• Ability to meet applicable credentialing and onboarding requirements.
• Strong communication, organization, and professional boundaries.
• Ability to work independently and follow clinical guidance.
• Reliable transportation for assigned home and community visits.

$24-$26 per hour , based on qualifications and experience.
