Job summary

Viva Superheroes Behavior Services is seeking a Behavioral Therapist to join our team. In this role, you will help patients identify and overcome negative behaviors and work with children and adults who live with developmental disabilities and disorders.

You will provide one-on-one and small-group interventions, develop strategies to help clients improve behaviors, and use evidence-based treatment methods. You will maintain detailed treatment documentation, perform wellness checks, teach parents

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• CPR Certification or willingness to obtain one.
• RBT certification or willingness to obtain one.
• Excellent organizational skills to facilitate program development.
• Clean record.
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
• Driver's license and car insurance are recommended.
