You will also train customers on safe operation, complete field service reports, communicate feedback to internal teams, and uphold NOV HSE policies, maintaining a professional, customer-focused approach in the field.

• Accurately complete and submit field service reports, inspection records, and other required documentation in a timely manner.
• Communicate equipment failures, customer feedback, and field observations to the appropriate internal teams.
• Provide technical support while maintaining a professional and customer-focused approach.
• Adhere to all NOV HSE policies, procedures, and quality standards.
