Job Types:

Essential Duties:

1. Complete notarization of customer documents.
2. Verify the authenticity of important documents remotely.
3. Explain notarization procedures to clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
4. Review and verify signer’s identity according to state requirements.
5. Ensure the signer understands the document and consents to signing.
6. Review documents for completeness and correct certificate wording.
7. Administer acknowledgment and jurat notarial acts.
8. Record notarizations in a digital journal as required by law.
9. Certify signatures on legal documents.
10. Manage communication with users via an online portal.
11. Maintain certification as mandated by your state.

Qualifications and Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience as a Notary Public handling confidential documents.
• Valid Notary Public certification.
