Description

Certified Mobile Notary Service is seeking someone to fill the position of a Remote Online Notary to work in the U.S. This is a contract position.

OVERVIEW:

In this role, you will be able to sign up for depositions, arbitrations, and other legal meetings that we run with our existing client pipeline within the legal industry. You can regulate how much work you want to do with us.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

1. Facilitate the deposition flow as required.
2. Confirm all documents/affidavits have been executed and notarized properly based on your state guidelines.
3. Administer oaths via video-conferencing means.
4. Be available during EST or PST hours to take depositions.
5. Some clients may require you to stay for the entire duration of the depositions.
6. Maintain an electronic notary journal of all official acts.

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Must live in the U.S.
2. Must be able to obtain a notary public license.
3. A copy of your state RON commission certificate must be sent with your application.
4. Provide personable and professional customer service while remotely swearing in the deponents.
5. Be able to work from home with a professional background.
6. Professional appearance is required, as you will be visible to the general public.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Computer and Internet access.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS/CONDITIONS:

General home office environment. Some lifting and bending may be required.

PAYMENT:

$125.00 to $200.00 per loan signing appointment.
