Certified Mobile Notary Service (https://certifiedmobilenotaryservice.com) is seeking a Notary Signing Agent to work virtually in the U.S. only.

JOB TYPE: Full-time

PRIMARY FUNCTIONS:

• Conduct in-person real estate closings and notarize closing documents.
• Assist in processing files for closing and post-closing of residential or commercial real estate and mortgage transactions.

MINIMUM FUNCTIONS:

• Process, review for completeness, and organize closing files.
• Schedule closings, review documents, and maintain file accuracy.
• Prepare and submit loan or assumption packages, deposits, disbursement documentation, and recording packages.
• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS/ABILITIES:

• Must be a U.S. citizen.
• Notary Public Commission in your state.
• Meet performance and behavior expectations.
• Establish positive work relationships.
• Demonstrate necessary behavioral and technical skills.
• Follow company policies and safety practices.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Computer, Internet, and home office setup. Provide background check and E&O insurance if already a Notary.

PAYMENT:

$125.00 to $200.00 per loan signing appointment
