The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in accounting, 2+ years in public accounting with nonprofit tax experience, and CPA licensure with active pursuit.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
• Ability to obtain CPA licensure (preferred).
• 2+ years of experience in public accounting.
• Experience providing tax services to tax-exempt organizations.

Responsibilities

• Provide tax compliance and consulting services for not-for-profit organizations and their affiliates (Forms 990/1120).
• Lead and develop tax staff in a fast-paced environment.
• Consult with market and Firm leaders; network within the community.

Education

Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
