Job summary

The Connor Group Kids & Community seeks a Not-for-Profit Controller in Dayton, OH to lead day-to-day accounting, payables, and financial reporting for our mission-driven nonprofit. Five years of progressive accounting experience and a Bachelor's degree in accounting are required.

Qualifications

• Five years or greater progressive accounting experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or the equivalent in experience.
• Experience with general ledger software for accounting (NetSuite, Sage, Intacct, QuickBooks, Yardi).
• No experience required in not-for-profit.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day accounting, payables, and financial reporting.
• Support and implement key accounting functions for the not-for-profit.
