Qualifications

• 7+ years in a Business Banking Relationship Management role or related business lending experience.
• Expert knowledge of deposit and cash management products and services and expert knowledge of business credit underwriting.
• Strong communication skills with individuals at all levels, internally and externally.
• Ability to analyze reports and data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Proven ability to build collaborative relationships across the organization and influence others.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for key meetings.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and guidance to a team of BRMs within a territory to develop new deposits, cash management, and credit business.
• Manage performance and ensure achievement of business priorities with focus on client experience and risk management.
• Oversee area revenue and profitability while monitoring credit quality and regulatory compliance.
• Coach team on portfolio management, loan structuring, pricing, and client solutions.
• Foster relationships with cross-line partners to promote a One Chase, client-centric approach.
• Recruit and retain top talent by creating an inclusive team environment.
