Withum's Audit & Attest Engagement services form the backbone of our firm. This Audit Manager role will lead all aspects of audit engagements for Not-for-Profit clients, from planning through completion, mentoring staff and coordinating with partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and CPA license.
• At least 5 years of public accounting experience.
• Not-for-profit audit experience preferred.
• Strong analytical, technical, and auditing skills with US GAAP.
• Excellent client service and communication; able to manage multiple engagements.

Responsibilities

• Lead audit engagements from planning through completion.
• Supervise staff and mentor seniors and supervisors.
• Coordinate with partners and managers and maintain client relationships.
• Monitor budgets and timelines to meet deadlines.
• Provide guidance on regulatory and accounting issues during audits.
• Promote professional development within the team.
