Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and CPA license.
• At least 5 years of public accounting experience, with experience leading multiple engagements and supervising staff.
• Not-for-Profit experience preferred but not required.
• Excellent analytical, technical, and auditing skills with familiarity of US GAAP.
• Exceptional client service and communication skills with ability to develop client relationships.
• Ability to manage multiple engagements and competing projects.
• Strong leadership, mentoring, and training abilities; travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead audit engagements from planning through completion.
• Oversee staffing, planning, risk assessment, fieldwork and financial reporting.
• Supervise staff and coordinate with partners and managers.
• Resolve client issues and advise on regulatory and accounting matters.
• Manage multiple engagements with diverse teams to meet deadlines.
• Monitor engagement budgets and provide performance feedback.
• Participate in professional development programs as a trainer or facilitator.
