Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or related field required.
• 8+ years in public policy, advocacy, or government affairs.
• Experience communicating policy to state legislators and administrations.
• Experience building advocacy campaigns and coalition partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Identify, monitor and analyze state legislative proposals that impact Meta
• Represent and communicate policy positions to state legislators and administrations
• Monitor political environment and identify opportunities to advance policies that benefit the company and communities
• Manage relationships with state policymakers
• Support the Director, Public Policy, South/Southeast U.S. as needed
• Develop strategies for engagement with chambers of commerce, industry associations, non-profits, and civil society groups
• Travel up to 50% of the time (regional).
