Upchurch Inspection LLC is expanding into Northwest Arkansas and seeks a dependable Home Inspector to cover Fort Smith, Fayetteville, Springdale, Rogers and nearby communities. You will perform comprehensive residential inspections, document findings clearly, and communicate results to clients in a friendly, professional way.

The role emphasizes reliability, attention to detail, and ongoing learning in the field, with opportunities for growth and access to modern tools and premium reporting

Qualifications

• Valid Arkansas Home Inspector License required.
• InterNACHI Certified Professional Inspector (CPI) credential required.
• Strong attention to detail and observational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.
• Physically able to access attics, crawlspaces, roofs and tight spaces.

Responsibilities

• Perform residential home inspections according to InterNACHI standards and Arkansas guidelines.
• Inspect major home systems including structure, roofing, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, interiors and exteriors.
• Produce clear, detailed digital inspection reports using modern inspection software.
• Communicate findings to clients in an approachable, educational manner.
• Represent the company professionally at client appointments and local real estate events.
• Maintain professionalism and uphold Upchurch Inspection’s reputation for honesty and quality.
• Keep current with building practices, safety protocols and continuing education requirements.
