Crumbl is hiring bakers and crew members to craft cookies and desserts, train on the job, and join a fun, fast-paced team in Humble, TX. Morning shifts and weekend availability are highlighted, with opportunities to learn and grow within the store.

Love desserts, working with a team, and being part of a fun environment? We’re hiring bakers and crew members to help create the treats customers look forward to every week.

At Crumbl, shifts stay hands‑on and engaging. From mixing dough and decorating cookies to helping customers and preparing exciting new menu items, every day brings something different. Some shifts can get busy, especially during weekends and rushes, so we’re looking for dependable people who communicate well, stay organized, and work well with others.

No experience? No problem. We’re happy to train people with a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn.

What You’ll Be Doing

After thousands of dollars in wasted dough, recipes that did not live up to their expectations, and cookies that are just plain embarrassing to them today, the two cousins decided to take their perfect cookie quest' to the people.
