The Head of Content Strategy and Communications will lead a team responsible for transforming investment expertise and financial market knowledge into compelling insights for institutional, wealth, and intermediary clients. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, this leader will collaborate with investment experts, client marketing managers, and distribution teams to create content that aligns with strategic marketing goals, driving engagement and brand awareness through various campaigns.
This role requires a seasoned content strategist and creator within the asset management industry. The individual will establish a vision for thought leadership, transforming narratives into diverse formats such as commentary, research papers, e-books, web articles, videos, and infographics.
The leader must be innovative in topic development and execution to meet campaign and business objectives. Deep technical expertise and understanding of client segments are essential to guide discussions with investment and product leaders, and to partner with sales teams to address business and client needs. Creativity in content packaging and storytelling is vital.
Additionally, this role involves developing strategic internal communications, engaging with executive leadership and corporate communications teams. Strong project management skills, the ability to incorporate multiple perspectives, and strategic thinking are required, especially considering team perceptions and potential media impacts, all while maintaining discretion.
