Key Responsibilities

1. 1 Leadership & Team Management Recruit hire train and develop high performing management and hourly teamsCreate and maintain a positive motivated and accountable culture focused on hospitality and teamworkProvide ongoing coaching and performance feedback; conduct regular performance reviewsMaintain staffing levels and schedules to balance labor costs with business demandsLead daily pre shift meetings weekly manager meetings and regular one on ones
2. 2 Guest Experience & Service Standards Ensure every guest receives outstanding hospitality consistent food quality and efficient serviceHandle guest inquiries feedback and complaints professionally ensuring timely resolutionMaintain a visible presence on the floor during peak hours engaging with guests and staffUphold cleanliness safety and sanitation standards throughout the restaurant
3. 3 Financial Performance & Reporting Achieve budgeted sales labor and cost of goods COGS targetsAnalyze weekly and monthly P&L statements; identify and correct variancesControl controllable expenses labor supplies foodbeverage waste repairsImplement systems to improve productivity and profitabilityManage cash handling bank deposits and financial recordkeeping
4. 4 Operations & Compliance Ensure all food beverage and service operations comply with company standards local regulations and health department requirementsManage vendor relationships inventory and ordering for food beverage and suppliesOversee maintenance of equipment and facilities; ensure the restaurant remains in top conditionMaintain compliance with all labor safety and alcohol lawsEnsure adherence to company policies and standard operating procedures SOPs
5. 5 Marketing & Community Engagement Partner with corporatemarketing teams to execute local promotions and eventsBuild relationships within the local community and represent the brand positivelyDrive initiatives to grow sales through local outreach loyalty programs and special events
6. 6 Strategic Leadership Collaborate with ownership and regional leadership to set quarterly and annual goalsIdentify opportunities for growth innovation and operational improvementSupport new menu rollouts training initiatives and company projectsMentor assistant managers for internal promotion and succession planning
