What Youll Do

As an Assistant Manager youll help lead the day to day operations of the restaurant while modeling Northern Tap House values and creating an environment where both guests and team members love to be Success in this role comes from balancing great leadership exceptional hospitality operational excellence and developing a team that delivers outstanding experiences every single day Our managers create an atmosphere filled with energy teamwork and fun while ensuring every guest receives an outstanding experience Youll lead by example coach and develop your team and help drive sales profitability and operational excellence through our proven systems and procedures
