Maine Department of Transportation in Presque Isle, ME, seeks a program leader to administer the Northern Region's maintenance and operations. You will guide a management team responsible for highway, bridge, traffic, and fleet operations, and you’ll develop policies to improve efficiency and safety across the region.

As a senior leader, you will help plan and control regional budgets and work plans, determining financial and staffing needs to meet statewide goals.

Formación

• Ten-year combination of education, training and/or experience in maintenance, construction, fleet management, safety and budget.
• At least four years of managerial experience.

Responsabilidades

• Lead maintenance and operations activities for the Northern Region.
• Provide leadership to a management team directing crews in highway, bridge, traffic, and fleet operations.
• Develop and revise policies and procedures to improve regional operations and ensure goals are met.
• Plan, organize, and control regional operations and programs, establish priorities and manage budgets.
