Job summary

Qualifications

• Ten-year combination of education, training and/or experience in maintenance, construction, fleet management, safety and budget.
• At least four years of managerial experience.
• Ability to lead a regional maintenance and operations team.

Responsibilities

• Administers and leads the maintenance and operations activities of the Northern Region.
• Develops and recommends new/revised policies and procedures to improve operations.
• Plans, organizes, and controls regional operations and programs to meet goals and priorities.
• Leads in developing the regional budget and work plan; manages financial and personnel needs.
