ServiceMaster by Crane IFS in San Leandro, CA is seeking a Regional Manager for our Janitorial Services division. You will oversee janitorial operations across multiple facilities, ensuring contract compliance, service quality, and client satisfaction.

You will lead Area Managers, manage budgets, and report to the National Director of Operations. The role requires strong leadership, bilingual English/Spanish, and a track record of growing client accounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in business management, operations, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing janitorial contracts.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• Strong leadership and client relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Site Managers across multiple locations to ensure service quality.
• Report to National Director of Operations and align with client leadership.
• Monitor budgets, labor hours, and KPIs; drive continuous improvement.
• Represent the company in client meetings and audits.
• Ensure safety compliance and timely reporting.
