Ecobrite Services, LLC is seeking a Field Operations Manager to lead janitorial teams across multiple sites in the Northern California region. You will manage resources, schedules, and client relations while upholding high cleanliness and safety standards.

The role requires strong leadership, budgeting, and compliance with industry regulations. Travel nationwide may be required, and a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business/admin or related field preferred.
• Proven management experience with supervisory responsibilities.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, and supervise janitorial staff across multiple sites.
• Plan and schedule cleaning activities to ensure efficiency.
• Monitor inventory of supplies and equipment at each location.
• Collaborate with site supervisors to address needs and challenges.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and implement improvement plans.
• Develop and manage budgets for operations across sites.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
• Address client inquiries promptly and take corrective actions.
• Provide continuous process improvements to boost efficiency.
