Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business/admin fields preferred.
• Experience in management with supervisory responsibilities.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively in Spanish.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and janitorial management software.
• Knowledge of industry regulations and safety standards.
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to travel nationwide (land and air).
• Full time job (40 hours week).
• Candidates must be 18 years of age or older and ABLE TO CLEAR A BACKGROUND CHECK.

Responsibilities

• Supervise janitorial staff across multiple sites.
• Plan and coordinate cleaning activities for diverse locations.
• Monitor inventory of supplies and equipment at each site.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure cleanliness and safety standards.
• Develop and manage budgets for operations.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and training.
• Maintain strong client relationships and address concerns.
• Prepare reports on performance and KPIs for management.
• Identify and implement process improvements to boost efficiency.
