Job summary

Ecobrite Services, LLC is seeking a Field Operations Manager to oversee janitorial operations across multiple sites in Northern California. The role includes leading staff, coordinating schedules, managing resources, and maintaining strong client relations to ensure high-quality service.

The successful candidate will implement quality control measures, monitor budgets, and ensure compliance with safety standards. Travel nationwide and a full-time schedule are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, or related field.
• Proven management experience including supervisory roles.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively in Spanish.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and janitorial management software.
• Knowledge of industry regulations and safety standards.
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to travel nationwide (land and air).
• Full-time job (40 hours week).

Responsibilities

• Supervise janitorial staff across multiple sites.
• Coordinate day-to-day operations with service providers.
• Provide training and conduct performance evaluations.
• Plan and schedule cleaning activities across sites.
• Monitor inventory and equipment at locations.
• Maintain client relations and address inquiries.
• Develop and manage budgets; report KPI to management.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
• Identify process improvements to boost efficiency.
