Greatjob is seeking a Director of Commercial Sales for the Northeast US. You will drive profitable sales growth, lead the sales organization, and develop geographic expansion strategies to penetrate new markets while ensuring effective territory management and talent development across the region.

You will build and manage pipelines, forecast rigorously, and coach sellers to achieve operating goals. Extensive travel and cross-functional collaboration are required.

Qualifications

• Ten+ years of progressive sales or business development experience in industrial automation.
• Proven track record leading sales teams and delivering revenue and gross profit growth.
• Experience developing new customers and expanding strategic accounts.
• Strong knowledge of automation customers, channels and market dynamics.
• Expertise in forecasting, pipeline management, territory planning and performance management.
• Willingness to travel extensively across assigned and expanding markets.

Responsabilités

• Lead the commercial sales strategy for the Northeast territory and expansion markets.
• Drive revenue growth and profitability, including new customer acquisition and existing-account growth.
• Translate growth objectives into measurable territory, account, and seller priorities.
• Establish sales-management practices: pipeline reviews, forecasting, account planning and performance reviews.
• Coach and develop geographically dispersed sales teams and leaders.
• Develop market-entry plans and expand geographic markets with measurable milestones.
