Zusammenfassung

Bridgestone Americas' BSRO Environmental, Health, Safety and Sustainability team seeks an EHSS professional to lead regulatory programs across 2,200+ stores. The role partners with field leadership to influence safety and environmental compliance and to drive a culture of continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree with 6+ years of relevant experience, be willing to travel up to 50%, and reside in the NE US.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree; 6+ years of relevant experience including 3-5 years management or direct/indirect leadership experience.
• Willingness to relocate to NE BSRO Division and travel up to 50% of the time.

Aufgaben

• Administer comprehensive OSHA, EPA, and company EHSS compliance programs through leadership engagement, worksite analysis, hazard prevention and control, training, and teammate involvement.
• Develop and implement EHSS programs, policies, and procedures ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Provide strategic input to EHSS and leadership by identifying concerns, gaps, trends, and corrective actions.
• Drive division-wide EHSS strategy implementation using indicators to promote compliance and continuous improvement.
• Manage day-to-day operation of the division’s EHSS function, including store self-assessments and site walk-throughs.
• Provide guidance on OSHA, NIOSH, ANSI, NFPA, EPA, and related regulations; oversee inspections and corrective actions.
• Oversee incident reporting, investigation, tracking, and trending; ensure reporting and corrective actions.
• Collaborate with workers’ comp on injuries and return-to-work; align EHSS priorities with operations.
