Job summary

The Walsh Group is seeking a Project Engineer for the Dallas area to support project coordination, document control, procurement, and field operations. This on-site role demands proactive planning, teamwork, and a focus on delivering quality results for complex construction projects.

Ideal candidates have 1+ years of experience, a Bachelor's degree preferred, and may require relocation for certain assignments.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience preferred in project engineering or construction.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; relocation may be required for some roles.
• Internships, co-ops, or prior employment in construction a plus.

Responsibilities

• Document control (RFIs, submittals, changes, claims, etc.).
• Assist and support project team with daily coordination.
• Procurement of construction materials.
• Quality control and QA checks.
• Coordinate subcontractors and field teams.
• Survey and project layout tasks.
• Take weekly photos for progress reports.
• Manage construction equipment.
• Safety management and project estimating.
