Superior Shores Resort invites energetic servers to join Superior Shores Restaurant & Bar on the North Shore in Two Harbors, MN. As a Server you’ll greet guests, take orders, suggest menu items, and ensure timely, accurate service while maintaining a welcoming dining area with beautiful views of Lake Superior.

Qualifications

• Previous serving experience is helpful, but we’re willing to train the right person.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently while also being a strong team player.
• Dependable attendance and a willingness to jump in wherever needed.
• Must meet applicable age requirements for serving alcohol.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a friendly, genuine attitude and provide attentive, personalized service.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them clearly to the kitchen and bar.
• Be knowledgeable about our menu, daily offerings, beverages, and resort amenities.
• Make recommendations and answer guest questions about menu items, ingredients, and preparation.
• Deliver food and beverages promptly and professionally.
• Monitor tables throughout the meal and anticipate guest needs.
• Ensure guest checks are accurate and process payments efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming dining area.
